Our therapy and counselling services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you need emergency assistance, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
2. Booking & Payments
Advance Booking
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system or other approved methods.Payment Requirements
Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We may use third-party payment processors. Please review our Privacy Policy (Section B) for details on how payment information is handled.
3. Confidentiality
Confidential Sessions
All sessions are confidential. However, there may be specific circumstances where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving imminent harm to self or others or cases of suspected child or elder abuse.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Outcomes
We are not responsible for personal decisions or outcomes resulting from therapy sessions. You agree that Bil-Iman Counselling, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our Services.
5. Modifications to Terms
Right to Update
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

SECTION C: MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General
When you opt-in to our messaging service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Sarah. Automated messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided or any other number you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Sarah. We reserve the right to alter message frequency or change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender at any time.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Cancellation
Text messages will include instructions to unsubscribe either by texting “STOP” or through an included link.
After you unsubscribe, we will send you one final message to confirm your unsubscription, and then no further messages will be sent. If you wish to re-subscribe, simply sign up again, and we will resume sending messages.

If a message includes a link, you may follow that link for additional instructions or information about unsubscribing and our company.
5. Transfer of Number

This obligation helps ensure that messages intended for you are not sent to the individual who acquires your old number.
