As a woman of color who grew up in Toronto, I brings a unique perspective to my practice, combining my lived experience with professional expertise. I understands the challenges faced by Muslim women in navigating cultural, societal, and personal expectations.

My approach is grounded in compassion and tailored to your needs, integrating Islamic principles with evidence-based therapy. The goal is to help you achieve emotional well-being while staying true to your faith bi’ithnillah.

         - Specialized in Health & Mental Health
         - Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and

    - Specialized in evidence-based relationship counseling techniques
