Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 12th, 2025

1. Cancellation Policy

• Individual Sessions: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

• No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

• If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, it may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

3. Emergency Cancellations

• In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
